Shipping Fee:

• Domestic Shipping: Shipping is free across South Korea.
• International Shipping: Free for purchases over ₩200,000. For orders under ₩200,000, a flat rate of ₩20,000 will be applied.

Delivery Period:

• Domestic Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Return & Exchange policy

• Please contact our customer service (lynh@cerulea.co.kr) and return the product within 7 days of receiving.
• For returns of non-defective products, customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

The following cannot be returned:

• Products with signs of wear or damage
• Products applying for a return more than 7 days after receipt

Return & Cancellation

• You may cancel an order if the order is still being processed and has not be dispatched. Otherwise, you must submit to get a refund after receiving the product(s).
• Return request is not made within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving the product.
• Cash payments will be refunded to the specified bank account.
• Card payments will be refunded within 7-10 days.
• Points: Refunds will be credited to the respective points.
• Coupons: Used coupons will not be reissued.

Exchange and Return Policy

• All exchange/return request has to be made within 7 days from the purchase date.
• Product tags must remains and not being damaged
• If there are signs of wear on the product (e.g., wrinkles, specific scents, makeup stains), exchange/return request will be rejected.
